HINENI (from Hebrew – הנני/Here I am/Here I am), is based on a performative language that combines song and movement simultaneously, reduces musical and choreographic elements to discover an accurate representation of emotion, and challenges the aesthetics of both contemporary dance and classical song. Trained and untrained bodies and voices of women, together and yet isolated from each other.
